Top 3 beauty items to keep in your pencil bag!

Hey girls!
Todays post is a little random... i know and as you can tell by the title this will be a whats in my pencil bag,,, beauty edition.
At my school we dont carry our bookbags around with us.. so you cant have a bag full of stuff but we do have pencil bags to carry calculators, pens, pencils, highlighters and i personally carry some :beauty: related items with me as well...

1) Lipbalm-- I personally think EVERYONE should carry lip balm with them.. even guys! Its just such an essential item that when you need some, it will really bug you so i always keep 1-3 in my bag with me Now, these are usually lip balms that aren't my absolutely favorite, just ones i am trying to use up, or ones that are cute so i want to show them off. Whats in my bag right now you ask? lemme show you! 

 these are 2 lip balms that i have with me at the moment.. The carmex one is so good, but it is really noticeable and creamy. if you understand what im saying.. and right now i actually have a dentist lip balm, one you get from health fairs or from your doctor.. you know what i mean. the nasty tasting ones.. and i will be switching it out with sweet mint from eos tomorrow!!

these ones are so sweet they have small lightbulbs so it will illuminate your
face so you can see even in the dark. Cute huh?

2) Mirror- now.. you always have those moments you want to check your hair, lipstick, face makeup, mascara to see if its running, or even your outfit or something like that. (even the cute guy sitting next to you;) that is why ladies.. we always have a mirror. now im guilty i dont have one just because my pencil bag is plum full. but you definitely should keep one with you. here are some awesome ones! or you could even get one with a dual purpose.. sewing, makeup, or even a compact brush/ mirror combo:))



3) Mint/ Gum/ Breath Spray- just always keep one with you.. its a no brainer. no one wants stinky breath so after you eat chew some gum or use a mint.. and it always gives you something to do. Chewing gum is distracting or sucking on a mint if you are really bored from a lecture MY FAVORITES::

My life: School and Vampire Diaries...

OHello!! 

Guess who it is? FROOT LOOP IS BACKKKKKKKKKKK! Haha, Hi Guys, I haven't posted in a LONG time and I am very sorry for that... After school started I got distracted and now my laptop is broken (and I got Netflix which explains the Vampire Diaries) so I havent exactly been thinking about the blog very much :/ 

  

( I appologise for sucky grammar/punctuation etc, I'm on my ipod!) 

Okay, so this post is going to be a little update/randomness... 

First off, I got Netflix exactly 9 days ago.. I am on episode 10 of season 4.. Vampire Diaries consumes my life! It started out kind of boring and stupid but once you get past the first few episodes its like OMGOSHOMGOSHOMGOSHLOVELOVELOVEOMGSTEFENOMGDAMONOMGELENAOMGOMGJEREMYOMG!!!! Haha, anyway I LOVE it and I have no idea what I am going to do once I finish all the episodes that are on Netflix! Oh, and Stefan and Elena ARE really cute together but then once Klaus happened I knew my insticnt from the beginning was right... Team Delena! I always liked Damon from the beginning even while he was completely badddd damonnn! Oh, and is anyone else kind of hoping Klaroline will happen? Also, The Vampire Diaries has the BEST song choices ever, they use some really great songs! :) 

Second, I don't know how much I really mentioned it before, or if I even did at all, but I liked this guy A LOT for a really long time... By the time he graduated it had gotten to the point where I had wanted to get over him... and I finally did! I completely moved on, a part of me will probably always have a thing for him, but now I (or maybe I should say we) have my eyes on a new guy! He is really cute, has the BEST lips (lol), and luckily he is actually a decent guy, a lot of people say he is a total sweetheart (Awww!)! I don't know how high my chances are, but I can always hope and dream, right? :D

Ipsy glam bag- October!

Hey girls!

 Today's post is one of my favorites because I love getting my ipsy bag. 

I literally squeal every time I come home and see it on the table. 

This months theme is perfect beauty I'm pretty sure. I threw the card away lol

Lets get into it!!

Be delectable (from cake beauty) coconut and cream ultra nourishing hand cream. 2 fl oz. my thoughts- it smells delicious and really soaks in fast! It's a generous size and I really appreciate this in the winter months!

Big sexy hair blow dry volumizing gel 1.7 fl oz. my thoughts- again it's a good deluxe sample and many people would love it but I personally never blow dry my hair so it won't be of much use but my sister or mom will find good use for it. 

Zoya "Giovanna" nail laquer FULL SIZE- my thoughts: I really enjoy nail polish and especially full size, I saw others bags and they got colors I would rather prefer but I still appreciate I got a color I actually will wear. Plus Zoya is like 8-9 dollars. Almost the price of the bag!!

Buxom (by bare escentuals) lip polish in the color Dolly..07 fl oz. my thoughts- first off buxom is such a prestigious brand I'm so happy to get something from them!! This size is so great because its great for travel plus I will never use a full size anyways!! The color is gorgeous and gives a tingly feeling after you apply with a good scent;)

La fresh oil free face cleanser (towelettes) 10 wipes- my thoughts:: I love how they added this because its a perfect travel size. And la fresh is also a really nice brand that is paraben free etc. the smell of these isn't my favorite kind of citrusy and fresh but I can handle it. I haven't tested these out because I just received this bag but I will let you all know about my thoughts in a quick review.

Common White Girl Tag!

Hey Everyone!
This tag has been going around the beauty community and it seemed like a perfect tag to do!

I was not tagged but tags annoy me, anyone even if not tagged should be welcome to do it.

1) What is your favorite starbucks drink?
I would have to say my favorite drink from starbucks would have to be the white chocolate frappucino, or the mocha cookie crunch one. they are both really good!

2) How long does it take me to get ready in the morning?
This one is a hard one because i wake up very very early, but that is just because i like to have time to get everything done and not be rushed. I could take 4 hours to get ready, but thats just to perfect myself, nails makeup hair everything. But  i can get ready in about 20 minutes if my hair is in a bun or is already straightened and i have a quick outfit.

3) How many selfies do i take on a daily basis?
on a daily basis, i take none. I never take good pictures and the only time i do, or at least i think i take good ones is when i have my hair straightened.. and my makeup is looking good for the day. And the time i think i look pretty good i take about 2 lol.. im not a selfie girl.

4) How many instagram followers and pictures do i have? 
Well.. i follow a lot of people and its not like im a famous blogger/youtube so i have 137 followers and im following 532.. and i have 69 pictures (: teehee

5) Do i ever say "lol" or "omg" out loud?
 no i dont.. i definitely dont say lol out loud haha and i rarely ever say omg. i only say either of those if im talking to lyssa and we are talking about a text that we actually loled at. 

6) Do i ever wear the same clothing item more than once? 
Heck yes i do! I don't have that many clothes and some clothes are too uncomfortable for me to wear or i dont like how they look so i pretty much HAVE to wear the same clothes more than once.. who doesnt??

7) Are you racist?
No, i am not racist and never will be. I come from a very racist family.. but i am not in any way racist.

8) How many tweets do i have?
I have a couple of twitter accounts but i don't like twitter.. so i have very few tweets and i have about one that I actually typed.. i usually retweet. So i have a grand total of 9 tweets. thats pathetic. but on my other account... i dont remember how many i have lol

9) Instagram, twitter, or tumblr?
Definitely instagram, just because like i said i don't like twitter and second i dont understand tumblr so instagram all da way!!

10) What do i spend most of my time doing?
I spend most of my time in school duhh but for something more exciting i love to watch youtube videos, so thats definitely something i spend a lot of time doing.. but i also love just looking through my makeup, organizing things and pretty soon basketball will consume my life.

11) Who are some of my favorite Youtubers?
I am a little obsessed with youtube and beauty gurus ect but the top 5 that i look forward to watching their videos the most are emilynoel83 (these aren't in order) macbarbie07, beautybaby44, cloecouture, and michellephan. 

12) How often do i do my nails?
It really depends on how busy i am, usually once a week if i have a really boring week but recently its been around once a month or once every 2 weeks.. its sad almost. and you can tell that from our freaking lack of mani mondays!! :/

13) Am i a shopoholic?
Yes, i am. I admit it. But i also can say no because i save a lot of my money. And I am really proud of myself. I don't go shopping every weekend but the thing i like to buy the most is makeup. duhhhh but i dont spend all of my money. I ALWAYS save half or more unless im going on a special shopping trip like christmas time, for others presents then i usually spend my money on others. 

14) How many times have i watched mean girls?
Exactly 8 and a half because i fell asleep one time. JUST KIDDING . I have probably watched the FULL movie around 4 times but i have watched parts of it more than just 4. but im not addicted but i must say, its a good movie.

15) Do i own a lot of clothes?
Sadly i do own quite a few clothes.. but they weren't expensive.. quite a few are hand me downs, thrift shops and garage sale pieces but my mom is a hardcore thriftier. she loves to go to garage sales and all that. but i dont have a problem with that after they are washed and clean and look nice.

16) Do i take pictures of food before i eat it?
TBH i would take pics of my food but i never have the best looking food, so i don;t but if i ate places that had fancy looking stuff i totally would. And sometimes when i am talking to my friends on kik or something then i will send em one of what im eating but i usually dont.

17) Do i wear makeup everyday?
I wear makeup every school day.. or if im going somewhere on the weekend like shopping or with my friends but on the weekends or in the summer i dont.. because whats the point if you are not going anywhere? LET YOUR SKIN BREATHE!! but sometimes i do just mess around with it but i wash it off thoroughly.

18) What are my average grades in school?
I would love to have all A+++++ but truthfully i dont. i have all a's and occasionally a b. and sometimes i do have a c but i get that up before actual report cards come out.

19) How do i usually style my hair?
It really varies with me and i like to switch it up.  I have naturally wavy hair, and if i had shorter hair i feel like it would be a CURLY. But i have thick long hair so it weighs the curls down but i usually will put mousse or gel in it and scrunch my hair and leave it natural and pull a piece back, i do like to straighten my hair, wear it in a bun, braid it, put it in a ponytail, or rarely i will curl it for a special occasion. but it takes me too long. 

20) Do i always look presentable?
well depending on what "presentable" means yes or no. I will wear sweat pants and a sweat shirt. school shirt and shorts or gym shorts because thats how my school is, but i feel like that is presentable. Some people may not but i dont have the energy to really get done up EVERY day. so no. and on the weekends when i am at home am definitely not looking too hot.

Tip Wednesday!

Only wash your face at night.

So most people do a full face routine at night and in the morning but i have a tip for you.

Only splash your face with water in the morning.. in like 8 hours, your face did not get horribly dirty and washing it again with a soap or acne wash will just dry your skin out!!
So do whatever at night because your face IS dirty and its necessary to wash all of the dirt, oils, sweat, makeup and other nastiness off! But in the morning all you need is to splash with cold water, first to wake yourself up but second just to rejuvenate your skin and make it feel clean even though it already is!
