I love the shorts, and the cute cropped top just gives it a summery feel and the shoes dont over do it which is what i think a lot of people do with 4th of july outfits. i just am in love. in love

if you are wondering about the whole title thing, i know what flair means and what flare means.. but i didn't know if i should use which one and i looked up the definition just to back up what i thought and it said flair is a talent and flare is a blazing fire.. who cares!! just look at the pretty picture up there
