is this picture how you feel?!!? then keeeeeep reading.
Have you ever been hungry, and didn't know what to eat. And you didn't want to eat a whole bag of chips, or a carton of ice cream?! Well i know the snack for you !!

What you will need:

Walnuts (i used unsalted for health benefits but you could get salted, and you don't need to use walnuts, you could use pecans, which are my favorite nut, or almonds, or cashews even!)

Organic honey

Cinnamon and sugar ( i used our cinnamon sugar grinder from trader joes. so delicious) you could also use just cinnamon or more spices like pumpkin pie spice, or all spice and you dont need to use sugar, you could use agave nectar instead of the honey and sugar or use stevia.

This is literally the easiest snack of all time. just grab your choice of nut ;) and drizzle honey over a handful of walnuts ect, not too much just a drizzle, and then take cinnamon sugar and just sprinkle a tiny bit over the handful of nuts just to add a bit of flavor.

This is such a great snack for quick in a rush snacking, and it really keeps you full. Would be a great afterschool snack, a good snack for after a good workout or sporting event, and a good nighttime snack just to hold you over til morning.
Walnuts etc, and a good way to keep you full without eating too much. They are full of healthy fats and protein and also taste really good.
And honey adds a bit of sweetness that isn't a refined sugar or anything.

HOPEFULLY YOU ENJOYED!!

love
