Manicure Monday: Christmas Edition!
Hey everyone!
Today's mani Monday is so so cute and was really easy.
I stole this look from missjenfabulous on her DIY snowman mani but customized it for what I thought I could do haha.
It's super easy and fun. Do it now before Christmas is over!!:))
Enjoy!
The polish I used for my base color was Revlon "rich" we all know I LOVE this color.
The white for the polka dots and for the base on my accent fingers was Sally Hansen FAST dry in "whirlwind white"
The black I used for the snowman eyes and mouth was by SpaRitual in the color "street smart"
And lastly the snowmans nose I used Nailtini in the shade Mai tai
Hope you guys try this out, and if you do make sure to send me a picture:))
P.S-- I used the essence dotting tool that I purchased at ulta but if you don't have a dotting tool you can always use a bobby pin, which is technically the same thing:)

How I Deep Clean My Brushes!
Hey girls
Brush guards- they keep your brush in a nice shape while drying. This is NOT mandatory but it's nice for your more expensive brushes.
And you need something to deep clean all the makeup out of them. This is just some baby shampoo I got for a dollar.. Nothing fancy. I use baby shampoo because its more gentle on the brush hairs.
I get the brush completely soaked, holding it downward to not get water ito the ferrel which is where the glue is keeping the hairs in.
Today's post is going to be on how I deep clean my brushes
START TO FINISH
I will let you know the products I use etc. so hopefully you enjoy
And remember you need to clean your brushes at LEAST monthly. To prevent breakouts from bacteria
Enjoy!
THINGS YOU WILL NEED::

And lastly you will need a sink. Duhhh I like to use Luke warm water. Not hot but not freezing cold either. And a towel is always nice too.
And i always like to have a cup handy so when I'm done washing them I can stand them up nicely so water doesn't loosen the glue in the brush.
Then I take a small amount of baby shampoo and swirl the brush into it really working out the makeup and squeezing the soap out and rinsing to make sure it's completely clean.
(This step is the first picture at the top of the page.. It wouldn't come down and for where I need it to)After you got ALL of the soap and makeup out completely, just squeeze the excess water out and lay it down in a towel, put your brush guard on etc. I just suggest having them sitting somewhere where they will be pointing downward so no water sits in the brush..
They will take quite a while to dry so I suggest doing this at night, so in the morning they will be ready for use!!:)
Hopefully you found this helpful and if you have anymore questions feel free to ask.
If you need a video tutorial there is tons on YouTube that can help you even more:)

Rapid Product Review!
Hey everyone
Todays post is a RPR rapid product review.
This is on something i found at the dollar tree and i think everyone should drop anything they are doing and buy them for everyone on your christmas list!
\
These are the tweezers.
They are so so so amazing and they are so well made etc. They are a dollar too!! They say bushy brows be gone on the other side btw. They grab the hairs and really stay sharp and nice and are a good weight that really just helps with tweezing. If you think you don't like this style of tweezers just try it out because i absolutely love these and have 3 pairs haha. :)) my mom also loves them. and its such a good deal too since they were probably like 8 dollars to begin with

Dry Skin Quick Tip!
Hi everyone!
Hopefully you aren't too mad since I've been so busy I haven't had much free time but I'm still trying to post at least 2 a week... This is going to be a short little informational tip that maybe you already know about but I'll let you know anyway
I know in the winter skin gets dry, flaky, itchy, and less glowy. Well I have a tip that is really good for anyone and even for a gift for Christmas it's also really great too!
They are exfoliating gloves!!
You can get them at a lot of places but I got mine at Walmart for 2 dollars!! You just slip them on in the shower, use your favorite body wash and just scrub away all the dead skin, and after you are done your skin is super silky smooth and glowing. I think these are a great gift to throw in with some lotion, perfume and some chocolate to give a little pampering gift for Christmas. I think these gloves are even handier than a body scrub just because you don't have the mess of the grainy sugar all over the place and you can travel with them a lot easier!
And speaking of gifts I will be doing a short little series on gift ideas for teens and guys etc. they will be a little but more in worth this year because last year we did something like this so I will try to stay away from what we said to get last year.
Hope you enjoyed!!
Love
Jacy
