How to freshen up after gym class!

Now i know that whenever we get done with gym...i seriously dread putting my clothes back on, going back to class sitting down and just sitting there.. when you are hot and sweaty and you just want to shower and sit infront of a fan.,

I personally think we get around 5 minutes to get ready for gym, and 5 minutes to get ready after gym.

all.

So... depending on how much time you get. your freshening routine with vary. i personally (well we lol) have gym 7th hour, so close to the end of the day.
I would LOVE TO HAVE GYM 8TH HOUR.just because then you don't need to stay at school.
But if you have gym like 1st-5th hours... im sorrry for you.

Well these are my personal tips for helping you to stay freshened up, look less a mess, and just feel better AFTER  a workout or gym class.


1) Use a type of freshening spray- Not sure about how strict your gym teacher is, what they let you do, if they are lenient with you just fooling around. not sure. but if you don't really have much break in your class, are really working out, and are really really hot especially with outside class. You want to just sit by a fan, take a shower, ect. Your gym people may make you take showers... ours personally doesn't let you. But if you CAN'T you can use a freshening spray.. they just are a cold fine mist of water, that just sprays on your face, arms, legs, whatever.1) it can make your makeup look fresher 2) it cools down you
r face so you don't look so red and sweaty, and 3) it really makes you feel more clean and lets you relax. for a second;) You can buy all types. One that i know of to be really cold and freshening is by Evian.
this is pretty much just water in an aersol can.. but it really is not too wet so it makes your makeup run, freshens your face and is compact and not too expensive. Well expensive for water lol.

2) Hydrate!! This is probably a no brainer but you need to hydrate after any physical activity. Frooty always was like you have a dollar... i need to hydrate myself. :p dingaling.
Well anyways this is a must.. just to wake your self up, makes you calm down and just breathe, and cools your body down faster than you just sitting there.. dying from the heat. Depends on your preference but i love just plain water, drink it erryday.. always.  I don't like gatorade, powerade, or any flavored crap. But if that makes water and hydrating yourself more enjoyable. go for it. You can buy special drinks that are made to give you protein after a workout, give you energy BEFORE and all different types.. just get whatever suits you. Even the little flavored powder you dump into a plain water... if it makes you drink it. get it.

3) MY FACE IS OILY!!!!
Well.... since you have been sweating and just working your butt of, your makeup may be running, may be gone, or smeared across your face.. who knows. TIP- if you have gym early in the day, you could just not wear makeup to school but bring it along and apply after gym, just because you know its going to get messed up. You may have gym closer to the end of the day, which i personally prefer. You can wear makeup but i would suggest bringing along some makeup remover wipes.. just wiping off what smeared or taking it all off. if you have time you definitely could reapply all of your makeup, if not.. you may just want to smear on some tinted moisturizer and pat on some powder to get rid of the oil..and if you have trouble with oiliness.. try to find a powder made for oily skin, a moisturizer, and a setting spray. 


4) I'm breaking out-Well since you are sweating and stuff, rubbing your skin, getting dirty. You have makeup on your face.. and its getting smashed into your pores and just isn't a good deal. After you get home and are either not going out, or you are going to bed. make sure to take off your makeup. makeup wipes, cleanser, water if thats all you have. It doesn't matter too much. JUST GET THE MAKEUP AND DIRTY GRIME, SWEAT, AND BLOOD(EXAGG. IK) OFF YOUR FACE! get. it. off. If you don't you make contract some skin disease, get pimples, have bad rashes, and even get drier skin in some cases.. So just wash it off.. even if you don't wear makeup. Exfoliating is the best deal, using a wash with beads in it... or using an exfoliating tool like a Clarisonic... it will get down in your pores, getting everything out and will help you stay clear from breakouts.
